Searching For Private Lenders

I am working on raising private capital for purchases on Single Family homes, and eventually Multi Family homes. Do anyone know of a nice way to market for these individuals in a way that is SEC compliant? Besides attending REIA's, certain Facebook groups, etc. I am lining up lenders before I have properties in place. I am investing across North Texas and specifically in DFW and Greenville.
