I think that if you are going to force altruism down other people's throats, then if there is one area where there exists a legitimate societal interest, then it is taking care of our sick.

I have fulfilled my obligations well in advance with the new bank I am refinancing through.  

I wish I had an clear understanding of this earlier and hope to be able to share its importance with everyone receptive to fulfilling the potential.

I have a plan and I'm ready to be persistent in fulfilling it.I've focused my knowledge pursuit to buy and hold real estate investing. 

It would be nice to have residents who fulfill their obligation, but at the same time, at least I can try to implement other means in which a resident might be able to save money or be able to pay rent in a more convenient way.

I decided a long time ago that when my passive income eclipsed my 9-5 I would retire.That being done, RE became a very addictive but fulfilling pursuit.I have thoroughly enjoyed the many years we have been in it,& we have many new 'friends' who now OWN their homes outright because of the lending etc we offered.

I have a client that went on his own and won a bid through them and 3 weeks later he is still trying to fulfill their requirements.  

Once the contract is fulfilled, the lender transfers ownership to the buyer.Its typically used as a form of owner financing.
