At 81F I'm pretty sure I'm going to burst into flames.

They are way more efficient than resistance heating and are also A/C in the Summer, which can be a huge selling point, depending on where you're located.

When you want to raise the rent in the future they will resist and you will have expenses preparing for the next tenant.

While not ideal, I’ll agree that it’s very durable and yet, oddly fragile—if you attempt to drill into it, it will shatter, but it’s a great insulator and more fire resistant than other materials.
