The Best Bandit Sign?

I have resisted the urge and need to use bandit signs for more than 7 years. But, I'm convinced I need to add it to my marketing arsenal. I'm only buying sub 2 at the moment and was wondering what others were using that is working? My thoughts were "Sell Your House in 7 Days" which ties to my website or "Cash For Your House".

Any thoughts or feedback would be appreciated!
