I agree that Utica is definitely set for growth with all the major construction projects and plans coming to fruition in the near future Utica will be an excellent place to invest.

Grand Rapids is an excellent investment opportunity for the long game where appreciation and equity build up are the priorities. 

I mean if you have 10 lots, you could sell 3 to recoup some cash, you could partner on 3 to get your credibility, and you could build the last 3 yourself.If you can get me the following I can get you a better idea of what you are looking at, you can also email me if you don't want your info shared on the forum.

I guess I am in the wrong so my bad on this.Perhaps I am coming from a perspective of a conventional strategy where banks  barely interact with their borrowers and treat them like a statistic on their Excel spreadsheet - again my bad on this.

Industrial midwest cities help built this country and this economy and many got left behind after the manufacturing left and I've seen it first hand how it destroyed communities but they're resilient cities with very strong and resilient people and are excellent for Section 8 rentals.
