All ships rise....

The Strip is a 4 mile cruise ship. 

My long distance travelers cancelled several reservations, but due to the closure of Disney and Cruise Line Cancellations, they were rebooked within hours!

Add to that where you have a vulnerable population (lots of seniors), places where cruise ships have docked and unloaded quarantined people, and centres where people travel a lot (universities, large corporations, conference centres).

Maybe Amazon shipping warehouses won't shutter.

You can also ask them what needs they currently have and drop off items or buy it on Amazon and have it shipped directly to them.Most of us are lucky enough to not have to worry about how to feed our kids, but others are not so lucky. 

Major industries are lining up to request relief (airline, restaurant, cruise-line). 

I'm afraid paralysis by analysis is beginning to set in and I'm hoping someone can help me "right the ship" on my internal dilemma I've studied J Scott's book on house flipping and in that book he gives a basic formula of:Maximum Purchase Price (MPP) = Sales price - fixed costs - profit - rehab costs. 

I've been researching shipping container construction for small multifamily, but haven't pulled the trigger there yet.

This is one example, but I'm sure you get the point.Think of 100+ unit multifamily real estate as a large shipping container vessel that is difficult to turn.
