Usually some agent-turned-rehabber just slapping on some paint and hoping that a buyer will come along who doesn't do an inspection.Earlier this year I had a guy who was too cheap to winterize or heat the home so when we inspected it, several pipes inside the walls leaked like Swiss cheese.

My wall would end up looking like Swiss cheese.

Z is getting creamed and they are in lending, title, flipping homes. 

Being older and wiser and without anything to prove anymore it's all about my loved one's.I'm blessed with a "knack" of spotting winners (And loosers sometimes hehe) so I do what I do to provide for the folks that made me who I am today.Family first and then everyone else in my close circle.And off course I have an expensive hobby of smoking 5 cigars a day so I need some cheese to support my only vice hehe

We found piles of feces from a variety of animals, more mold than a cheese factory,  some insanely disgusting mattresses, and 1 very long-dead squirrel. 

I wonder if Mr Big Cheese would buy a great 200 unit deal @Chris Gavre  brought him thru cold calling?

The streets aren't lined with kitschy shops selling branded Tahoe shirts and ice cream.  

As always the cream rises to the top, and the operators who know how to identify profitable niches and operate high-end properties will thrive.

Wade Alderson I evicted Mickey last week.He owed 3 months rent.If you wish to eat with him so bad,you’d have to catch him at the nearby Salvation Army hostel.He’d be glad to share his cold Mac and cheese with baked beans with you.
