Chances of fraud is astronomical.

I figured it was a scam and found other reviews about the astronomical cost here on Bigger Pockets after I posted.

I'm so glad I found this website, it has helped me astronomically already, and I haven't even bought anything!

I agree that the rock bottom rates have artificially increased values to astronomical levels in developed countries.

This will allow for more competition and push rates back down - so you may only have that astronomical cost for a few years. 

But the good news for investors in Denver is that the rents have become astronomical. 

In Atlanta, many of the neighborhoods that surrounded the beltline were lower class and appreciated astronomically with development.

Obviously I'll incur some additional cost here with splitting the units up but I don't believe it would be astronomical.
