They have detailed analysis on different neighborhoods as well and get to know your criteria (cash flow emphasis or appreciation emphasis despite all properties having cash flow) because they know their neighborhoods so well and can explain and take you there.Their long term approach is what I admire, whereas other companies try to make a quick sale by hiding true costs from their spreadsheets and promising you the world and under-delivering.
