Amazon just built a warehouse in the salt lake valley , also a Facebook facility is going up in eagle mountain this year.

My primary residence is in Plumas Lake and I love it here.

At least roads, utilities, and the amenities got put in.I also think of Lake Whitney south of DFW which is more or less in the same position.

Q's: Is it better to look for properties in Orlando proper or search surrounding towns like Kissimmee/Winter Garden/Lake Nona?
