I would advise raising the bar on your price of a home though in this Lexington, KY region.

If not friends or family, you might have to resort to your bank (Heloc of sorts) or even get a pink slip loan.

Most are 1950's style pink, blue and yellow tile, which i think is awesome. 

No pinks, purples or bright colors - it may be boring, but there's nothing to hate about it, either.

Instead of fixing these problems we want to create more by having the rich, large companies, people with money pay for everything that those people that do not have, but really want.I am not for a return to the robber baron days of the 1800, but at some point you have to be able to pull your own wieght in the world.

I can wake up one morning and paint the house pink with polka dots.
