How about instituting something for property tax increase control and insurance increase control I guess they’re not interested in those topics.

Hard money lenders, and private institution lender/businesses will only loan 70% of arv including the rehab cost, with experience.

I reside in Massachusetts and my boyfriend and I want to purchase a vacation home in a specific resort in Davenport FL.

However, not all financial institutions/401k plans offer this, it is usually about 50% of the total asset value, and there may be a fee.

We've installed several thousand square feet of Lifeproof shaddow hickory across our portfolio in Western MA and Central CT over the last few years and it has held up great.

There is no institutional lender in the transaction though.
