One example, I sold a $10k lot using an agent, they charged $1k and did not market the property very well, in my opinion.

Memphis is declining in population but,Ford announced a development just east of Memphis with 30000 jobs affiliated and a second 3600 acre supersite is announcing soon in North Miss. near Memphis with 20000 plus more jobs. 

I know there are a couple investments (GM Factory Zero and GM Lake Orion, Ford Battery facility) but it seems a lot of the auto manufacturing is moving to other states/countries, and these investments are merely replacing other facilities.

So many people give their time answering questions and making connections and a lot use the site differently.   

I'm in Michigan, even around where I live (which sucks), you couldn't get 5 houses for $100k that were move in ready, unless you're looking to do D Class 'renovations' for D Class neighborhoods and tenants?
