Which properties(Foreclosure, Condominium's, Apartments etc ) to buy?

The complex where this condo is located started out years ago as an apartment complex, but at some point many years ago it was turned into a condominium association.

Examples of real estate include undeveloped land, houses, condominiums, townhomes, office buildings, retail store buildings and factories.

My mistake in the past was purchasing properties out of convenience and looks and went for a $675,000 house and $525,000 condominium.

I am looking for a licensed and insured reputable contractor for tiling 2 bedrooms and renovating a bathroom in a high rise condominium on the beach.

Along with my wife, we have invested in five apartments/condominiums so far, in a range of conditions, and one lot (well three titles, but they're next to each other), still planning to have it developed.

I'm in the process of buying a home (condominium) in Davie near the school and it should be settling next week.A little about myself:  I'm 29 years old first year medical student. 

They are a 14 unit condominium building.
