My name is Robert Li, I'm from Australia.

Bought my first house and lot in Melbourne in 2008. Australia was going pretty bonkers until recently and I decided to pull out and relocate in 2014.

Settled on Cebu, Philippines, one of Asia's new wave cities. Along with my wife, we have invested in five apartments/condominiums so far, in a range of conditions, and one lot (well three titles, but they're next to each other), still planning to have it developed. I also founded a real estate firm, Li & Hungerford Property Associates, and run it with my wife. We combine the experience and techniques in marketing and analysis I picked up in Australia and in the Startup sector, along with my wife's strong local market knowledge (she's one of the leading brokers in Cebu). 

I also started a failed a real estate crowdfunding platform for EMs called RET.asia. Live and learn.
