Hello wonderful people,
I am a 23 year old student and businessman. Apart from running business & studentship, i am even busy in dreaming about owning Real Estate's in USA & London.
I don't know much about the investment strategies in real estate's, but would be very happy if someone enlighten's me.
I ventured into entrepreneurship with a purpose of accumulating wealth for my future real estate investments. I have couple of years to do so.
But as i said above, i would be happy to know about the real estate's in western countries.
how to know about good rental properties and good resale value properties? When to buy & sell? Which properties(Foreclosure, Condominium's, Apartments etc ) to buy?
