I would like to ask for a piece of advice if anyone has this experience.I have a studio room property in Tokyo Japan, free from any collateral, and I wonder if it can be an option to borrow money using this in US.I tried to borrow money from Japanese banks to purchase properties in US, but they didn't allow me as I didn't live in Japan.

The Philippines has been receiving a lot of money for infrastructure development by the Chinese, the US, Koreans and Japanese.

Makes it tougher when you need to pay professional trade rates.

The small business down the street pounding it's chest on only buy-local (which I support) is a consumer and trader of globalization.For most part anything computer is globally sourced, and that right there hit's everything.

I remember trading stocks 1.5/2 years ago thinking that I was the best trader of all time, only to finish the year negative lol.

I can't confirm this but I have heard Trader Joe's and World Market is coming to Rogers. 

However without Japanese language skills it's generally a show stopper.

In fact, a good friend of mine did this even though he didn't receive a discount because he was a trader on an exchange and his monthly cash flow fluctuated greatly.
