Since I've been saving more than I know what to do with I've been itching to put my money to use.

They are getting bigger now, and I have been getting the itch again. 

I'm just getting started, but I'm itching to get involved in REI and I'm excited to meet people on BP.Currently, my goals are to meet potential mentors and partners and most importantly, just to keep learning!

If you're getting the itch to go deeper into your goals, I would recommend playing around with searches on those big name sites like Zillow until you get an idea of the activity in your market.

I have been itching to invest in real estate since I was 18.

I have been reading and listening to many podcasts on real estate investing and am itching to get started.

Like other investors have said on BP you should have investors and potential buyers itching to get your business card from you before you hand it out. 

Since the price has dropped several times already both the listing agent and the seller are probably itching to get rid of it as well.

I am itching to get started searching for the deals, but I feel like my home debt and overhead has me feeling like both hands are tied behind my back.Any input is greatly appreciated.
