Are you letting your dislike of this guy make you see what you want to see?

What do you like/dislike? 

My situation is: I'm single, I work remotely, income $145k and I really dislike the cold and am considering a winter-long trip touring Mexico, something I have wanted to do for a while.I think the best option for me would be to find a townhome at about ~$500-550k with 3-4 bedrooms, rent the rooms out and live in one.

Even if it means taking a small pay cut, if you don't like your job, it may be worth it to find something you'll enjoy more or won't actively dislike. 

They've usually self-managed forever and really had a dislike for realtors and the hassles / delays of random agents and buyers trampling through, making all the little repairs and staging, after inspection BS and waiting 45 days for a loan to close. 

I dislike spending my clients money just for the sake of it.

I mean there is literally nothing in Huntington but the metro and like 3 stores.Agree with strongly disliking condos, but I'm just running out of options because i'm an idiot and waited to buy.

They might dislike it, and put her on their &*#$-list (if such a thing exists), but I would not expect it to go any further.

And have spoken with people that have been at both and asked why they switched or what they like/dislike of each.
