I had a great experience in Sacramento recently buying used appliances that my tenant says are working beautifully, free delivery and free hook-up (washer/dryer/refrigerator). 

Decided to put a butcher block countertop on the island to make it a practical prep surface.Only issue I have in using IKEA cabinets for a flip or rental is that they never seem to have everything I need in stock and cannot wait 2-3 weeks for delivery when they cannot guarantee it will be there in that timeframe.

Account Closed My contractor does have some suppliers he uses, however the particular project is quite a distance from his "home base"  he is doing this as a favor to me so I am trying to help him out find some more local places so we dont have to take any delivery or transport fees

I need to upgrade my refrigerator in the condo I'm hacking, and I was in Best Buy this weekend and saw that they are offering ~40% off, free delivery, and 0%/18 month financing on new appliances.

Having front door delivery is great and free, plus I can shop when HD and Lowe's are closed.  

This may seem weird, because I've been an accountant for most of my life, so you'd think that I would automatically say that accounting and finance jobs helped me most.ButRight after high school and during my first few years in college, I was a delivery driver.  

To my knowledge, however, they only offer online ordering, so you have to assemble them yourself AND have (or use) an address that a large box truck or tractor trailer can make deliveries to. 

An executory contract, on the other hand, leaves something dangling—usually the most important item of all, the delivery of a deed.

I immediately bought a humidifier on Amzn for next day delivery and used it on high with a 1- 3 part vinegar-water ratio.
