So, I am currently browsing properties and constructing agreements for joint ventures for fix and flips.

It seems settings are harder to tweak, interface is awkward, and I absolutely hate the tabbed browsing feature (even though I know it can be turned off...somehow).I'm not a person who is resistant to change at all, but Microsoft really made too many drastic changes between 6 and 7.
