Cinnaminson, Palmyra ,and Merchantville will give you a wider mix as they are a little more blue collar communities than Cherry Hill or Moorestown.

I can find properties for 100k in B/C class areas and maybe everyone in a blue moon an A class area (but they generally will need a decent amount of work).

I have read all the different ways you can increase your response rate, with things like adding a piece of candy to your letters, or using more than one stamp, or using blue envelopes, etc...What is the craziest combination of marketing you have done and how did that impact your response/deal rate?
