Baxter Pharmaceutical is moving close to that area and Monroe may work..Baxter is bringing 2000 jobs by 2017, 200 full time already hired and building is well underway

@David Lasky- thanks  1) get a pre approval underway and ask your lender these  questions    2) the loan you mention is  likely  acceptable as its  a secured loan   ( like a 401K loan ) ..make sure that this is  fine with your lender   3) if you want to put  20% down you will need to use FHA loan as  conventional requires 25% down 4) if  using FHA make sure you ask  lender about the  self  sufficiency test requirement for the new proeprty 

Construction will take 25 years beginning in 2024 (site work is already underway), with the first fab up and running at the end of 2026.

I'm currently underway on a remodel down in San Diego for the next 2 1/2 weeks, but I can swing out there to give you a bid also if you'd like.

Another place that I feel is often overlooked is Grays Ferry, which on the east side has Penn already underway expanding across the river in to the south bank, and from the west Point Breeze spilling over.

They open a case for you with L&I, and there are deadlines they are supposed to meet once that gets underway.

Secured a replacement construction loan a couple months ago, and construction is under way. 

Splitting the atom, a round trip to the moon among other less headline accomplishments were all unicorns until there was will, and investment was made.The path to effective storage is well underway.

There's a ton of new construction underway and as these start selling in the $400k range these lots (the prime location ones at least) will start commanding those types of prices.
