Airbnb converts to regular as tourists, convention, business travelling is significantly reduced. 

Is there a full rental season, tourist season, college or industry around to support rental market?

Noreasters in the winter, hurricanes in the fall, and then tourists in the summer. 

I would imagine being a large city you must get a decent amount of tourists and individuals traveling there for business.

It's crazy such a populated and tourist related County wouldn't have any regs on the books.

However, each item in the mailing has to be the same (you cant have an envelope with 5 pieces of paper and another with say 10) and you have to pre-sort the mail.This is different than their cover an entire zipcode service.I used to volunteer at a museum that used this service to mail brochures to tourists.

It's in the best little town and tourist destination in WV, and in a great location in that town.

They are very small countries that have camera's everywhere - and they use these camera's to track infections from the ground zero patient (chinese tourists) to all those they came in contact with.

I agree that the short term strategy here seems like a more lucrative option, assuming I can tap into the student/medical/tourist niches.
