However, each item in the mailing has to be the same (you cant have an envelope with 5 pieces of paper and another with say 10) and you have to pre-sort the mail.This is different than their cover an entire zipcode service.I used to volunteer at a museum that used this service to mail brochures to tourists.

They are very small countries that have camera's everywhere - and they use these camera's to track infections from the ground zero patient (chinese tourists) to all those they came in contact with.
