Does anyone have short-term rentals around baseball stadium areas during Cactus League time? 

The Titans are building a new stadium and the city is trying to attract a Major League Baseball team. 

There are development plans covering hundreds of acres in the Coliseum area which include new stadiums, tech offices, luxury condos, hotels, and retail space.

I bought the house with the intentions of house hacking it and selling June 30th, but now there is that new Minnesota United soccor stadium being built there in 2016, plus there will be a massive redevelopment for the whole university/snelling area.

Also, there is a corridor of Los Angeles adjacent to Inglewood in the 90047 zip code that I particularly like and in close proximity to the Inglewood stadium development.  

I recently reached out to my guy (he’s a professional, does casinos, sports stadiums, public buildings, etc) for a bid and here’s his exact breakdown.

Right now I don’t see that area ripe for airbnb but possibly in the future with the addition of Rays stadium and further development of Armature works area.
