Hello,

Im 28 and have begun the investment machine. I have the main focus on building my Roth IRA and getting that automated. As for future investments I am looking toward REI (3-5 Years). I'm currently stationed overseas in Japan and enjoying the overseas life. I am building my REI plan and goals with San Diego (Home) and Hawaii as possible foundations in MFH buy and hold. Once stable foundation is set, I want overseas rentals in 2-3 locations. I'm looking for tips, strategies, and lessons learned to help with my career choice in consideration. Look forward to learning all I can before I dive into REI. Thanks in advance.
