Of course, if the reporting tenant is overly sensitive or has unrealistic expectations of social interaction, then the credibility of the report may be low. 

I am sure there social media groups as well. 

Also, working with a realtor with good social media exposure can be additional free marketing for your property.

I tried to email and DM Scot Smith and never received his response while he is constantly on social media marketing platforms talking about his excellence services.

Lastly, if you have a large social media presence, you could simply promote the open house on those platforms.
