Figured comparison may help but deal you put up I don't see how you are going to make money on it.

Let me make a comparison to how that sounds.

Now if you do water and sewer lines you need a CDL a backhoe and a large truck and trailer .There is NO comparison to a carpenter 

I have my bank I worked with before and a few more other contacts, but would like to explore a bit further for comparison/consideration. 

That may not be a good comparison because a city can't really fail as spectacularly as a company' stock, but you get the idea.
