No major repairs etc to worry about while we get settled in, or taxes going up, etc etc.The rental market here in Denver metro looks like it will go nowhere but up in the next year or two - Denver is still #4 or something like that in national rankings of "people moving here" and they're building like crazy.

Don't know how Squarespace website works but you must believe it will get you onto the first page of Google because of your own personal SEO and website ability.On the other hand, if you are like most of us, myself included, we would prefer to get to page one of Google by working with real estate investor friendly website makers who know how to get us investors to the top of the rankings.

You are in the hospitality industry at this point, and if you don't treat it as such, your reviews will take a hit, and your rankings will drop, and you won't make enough money.
