and will my first purchase effect my borrowing muscles?

Often by the time we muscle thru all the paper work the deal falls apart.

One has a somewhat ugly house right across the street..the other has nicer neighboring houses but high voltage - high tension power lines in an easement behind the back yard.  

Additionally, if you create a process where both of you have to AGREE on every little decision the renovation process will take forever and increase tension exponentially. 

Everytime I see 2 or 3 muscle or old school cars I stop and stare at them until they are out of sight, my son does it too, as does just about everyone else since they are great to look at and usually pretty loud compared to the hybrids you are used to seeing in Cali.

Their choice, no drama or unnecessary tension created.

Skip ahead to September/2015, and it was time for us to move to Florence, AL (or Muscle Shoals, AL) for my job (project manager/engineer).  

I'm searching CO law, but want to stay amicable and not have tension in the relationship as there is a lot of good will currently. 

To be honest, my lady wears the tool belt in the relationship and I'm just hired muscle, but I'm very confident in her vision, skills and execution, and I think there's very little that we wouldn't be able to tackle in terms of fixing up our first property.

There's obviously a lot of tension when it comes to this topic but no one has suggested a way to do wholesaling the "right" way.I see people saying that all you have to do is become an agent.
