A huge draw to this region is the mild weather.  

I believed their lies that the strong odor was due to detergent used in carpet cleaning.

these are the recent ZHI changes for future 12 months appreciation, huge changes, it seems only AZ and FL would have mild market in 2024 while CA going to have mild decline , I am surprised FL is de facto strongest market in last three years.As for @James Hamling, looking at ZHI, it seems we're not going to stagflation scenario but has more bias toward soft landing in 2024, core PPI declines substantially today.

@Brett Milde - I would also consider Brevard, Black Mountain, Chimney Rock and Saluda in your search. 

The weather was fairly mild and they seemed to have a lot more sunny days and not so much rain!

My partner found this tenant and to say she was nuts (her husband was kind of normal) would be to put it mildly.

We have 4 nice seasons of equal duration -- we get a few light snowfalls in the winter, springtime is mild, temps are moderate in the summer due to the elevation, and the fall season is especially enchanting.
