I put more weight on credit history and income/employment.

I believe the value goes up based on how ornate they are, but any are worth at least something per section, or at the very least their weight at a scrap yard.

It was the same on this one, but since I am at a different point in my career it was less impactful to me personally and I can now weight the interest cost compared to the DIY.

It was like a 300 lb weight was lifted off my shoulders. 

I will definitely weight the pros and cons of proceeding with the eviction process (and start looking for new PM) as you suggested! 

We have only flipped and have rentals where we used GC's and projects were much lighter than this.  

These complexes have full amenities, pool, jacuzzi, weight room and etc.

Good contractors are more valuable than their weight in diamonds.

It's worth it's weight in pure gold.

You certainly don’t want to walk on wood with nails and such so if you do need to do the flooring earlier than typical, simply cover them with heavy weight red rosin paper to protect them.
