Low property taxes, landlord friendly and with tech and manufacturing jobs moving from the Bay Area there is strong job growth.

So, bad situations are simply part of the work of the landlord, absolutely NOT something to be afraid of only something to be prepared for.Tenants are like tires on your car.

Most landlords are willing to do cash for keys so if they don’t accept that, they’re trying to game the system.

I do not want to stretch into California due to the Landlord laws and taxes.
