FB, Zillow, Trulia etc etc etc....If you get decent inquiries, and tours etc but no applicants, its often price point for your unit..... just not nice enough or location or floor plan etc to garner that rental rate.

It will not hurt your credit score significantly (1-5 points max for a hard inquiry) but it may raise a red flag to the lender doing the refi.

This will also save you from an inquiry as well and give you a nice boost in points and give you higher starter credit limits which can be really helpful when applying for credit cards.

What is responsible for the variation in the tavern's rent (I assume it is based on a percentage of receipts but inquiries should be made as it seems the business is seasonable given the wide variation you cite). 

My take is that if you were concerned about the applicants enough to make a post on here, you already had a bad feeling about the situation.I just found tenants for a FL property that I had over 200 inquiries about.

Mike S is correct that it's typically an insurance inquiry that will trigger this.Depending on your structure, you can still have the benefit of an LLC and a Trust if you decide to use a Series LLC or DST.
