If you're getting a loan now, and another for the same property in a year this will create a lot of overhead that will absolutely affect how lucrative a deal might otherwise be. again, specifics matter here, but its likely more efficient to get a commercial loan at terms you're going to be happier with for more than just a year. 

One thing I’m a little worried about, is finding people who are reliable and who I can trust to manage the property effectively.I have family in Erie and so it's manageable and my tenants are happy (much happier than prior to me buying when they had "slum lord" property management).

We took that advice and couldn't be happier with the outcome.

The tenant was much happier with option 2....go figure.

It's a long road ahead but I couldn't be happier.

Make yourself happier and start searching and interviewing
