Real estate investing

I’m 24 and I’m currently working on getting my real estate agent license. After doing a few years as a real estate agent learning the ropes and how it works, I’d eventually like to invest in commercial real estate. I watch a lot of Grant Cardone he is someone I study a lot and would like to ask anyone here what’s the best route to take to get started in investing ?

Education is the key. You need to learn the market and the business. When it comes tom commercial there are several types and classes of property so you need to decide where you want to start and learn everything you can about it.
