I am a new investor and have become incredibly frustrated with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism that I have come across.

It’s so frustrating to hear him say things like don’t worry about your first deal just go take action.

I am getting frustrated because now they won’t answer the phone.

So we sat & had a beer then informed my frustrated wife (still searching) in the apartment that there were only the 2 cats. 

I am getting so frustrated trying to figure out how I can h purchase the land, and have my husband develop the lot, subdivide one piece and build Homes.

It's not easy in DFW to get a deal right now, so don't get frustrated if you don't get one right away. 

I can only imagine how frustrating that is

Don’t rent it , you’ll just be frustrated and lose a lot of money every month .

Most of the photographers are pretty good that we use and 90% of the time can do everything by themselves....and within 24-48hrs.....so if they can't get that done....it is frustrating.   

I've used LendingHome three times so far and they have been pretty good but some of their processes can be a little frustrating and some of their costs have increased lately - $200 draw fee (average is around $150) and their underwriting fee is $995.
