Art Maydan Put Rent Amount on Yard Sign?
18 October 2016 | 5 replies
I don't add this information on the For Rent sign (signs I've seen that do this don't have much room for the information on number of bedrooms/baths and the rent anyway so the information is quite small). If you wish you can always add on a brochure box to your sign where interested parties can take a copy of an ad describing the rental in more detail (and hope that these papers don't get scattered around the yard).I do a voice mail to my phone telling folks if they're calling about the rental it's so many bedrooms, so many bathroom, the rent and security deposit is such and such and if they'd like more information on the property please leave their name and number and I'll get back with them very soon.Gail

Tim Browne Pre-Forclosure NEGOTIATIONS
20 April 2008 | 7 replies
- the home was definetly vacant, there was no furniture, no heat turned on and there were a few scattered items around the home, looks like someone left quickly. - the realtor said someone was living there, but i seriously doubt it.- we our interested in the home but it will definetly require some remodeling.- the realtor made us sign a letter stating if we purcshed this home, she would be the only realtor that we could go through before she would show us the place.Obviously i will need to have a professional inspection done.We are able to put down %20 on a home purchase and our max price range is about $340K. with the kitchen needing a FULL remodel and some bathrooms too if we paid the pre-forclosed price and done the remodel we would hit our budget limit. So after reading some healpfull hints on this site im still in doubt on how to proceed.do i hire an real estate attorney to check all everthing on the home or do i just go through the realtor for all paper work?

===Also I think it would be interesting to have a monopoly sized map of Detroit, and move all of the remaining (un-burned down) little houses and apartments into one area.Put them on the Vacant lots and see how how really small Detroit is, if it were once again a city of homes side by side vs the acres and acres of burnt out lots with homes scattered in all directions.
Jason Peterson Help - looking at a 6 plex!

[I'm not promoting it or any other].I don't know the various areas, and/or any other reasons why you'd want to buy 6 x $50k doors in one building, rather than (say) 6 x $50k doors scattered around the suburb. But I do reckon you owe it to yourself to at least check out other available options. All the best.
