I see your point with the equity building as a form of income which I guess it is but what are you going to do when the housing market crashes and your equity gets cut in half?

I also noticed there were seemingly 'deals' to be had on craigslist.Also like anyone hindsight 20/20 -- Wish I had purchased everything in sight ~ 2012 lol -- I just hope I dont buy and recieve another 2008 tier crash.

I feel that everything in my area is selling for top dollar right now and some realtors feel like the market is gonna crash soon so I'm fearful of not being able to sell it once I finish flipping it and be stuck with it.

OR investing in high yield, low volatility property that is a little more crash-safe while you wait for the market to be more opportune for an appreciation play.

I own a home I bought during the crash that's already a bit big for me.

Why call it Crash 2.0?.

From what I've seen, the successful young commercial brokers partnered with seasoned realtors back in 2007/2008, and utilized their partner's existing network and knowledge to allow them to launch like a rocket ship after the crash.

@Joann LimNon-qualified investors taking out interest only loans is what lead to the market crash 10+ years ago.

I pray I find a opportunity to house hack hear in the Bronx ny .hopefully if the r.e market crashes from hear to next year I’ll find a good deal that would allow me to live house hack.
