Hi all,I recently purchased a property from @Antoine Martel (MartelTurnkey) so thought I'd leave a review on what my experience was like: Prior to my purchase, I was waiting to buy real estate through a turnkey provider for quite some time but never felt fully confident with how various providers were operating or with their inventory for me to make the jump.

I feel now confident to proceed with this refinance.

This includes working with a knowledgeable agent familiar with your investment area, finding trustworthy local contractors for your projects, securing responsive insurance agents, partnering with investor-friendly title companies, and connecting with lenders offering suitable financing for your strategy.With your goals set and team in place, you should feel more confident in your approach.

Basically, it does not appear to have a clear, confident path to a positive outcome.

I actually got his number from the City Inspector who had worked with him before so I felt pretty confident choosing him.

It will help you gain more confidence and network and allow you to source deals for yourself and others.

You putting in $30K-$45K at year's end on a deal, with cash that you have accumulated with sacrifice, sweat, and discipline, is a huge vote of confidence to many prospective partners, and will make you very attractive. 

The presale inspection is so that people have a much better idea of the condition of the house so they can be more confident in their bidding, that they are getting a certain quality.

This makes a lot of sense to me and gives me more confidence as to seeing a path to move forward with.
