You must move it is the catch .but I talked to another flipper over in Bend and he did the same thing and did very well.once you do this if you resell it in 24 months the only stipulation is that you donate 10% of net profitto our charity aheroshome.org

If your not military/government employee then you have to donate some money to their charity in order to bank with them, but it's not much.if you have more than that, consider getting a line of credit against your properties.
