Yesterday i went there to clear a slow drain in their tub and i was bullied by the female tenant who accused me of putting them in a health risk due to mold in the washer.

So you saved $150 - $200 but you may have done the job improperly and you missed an evening with your kids.I can't tell you how many times I've had to hire a professional to fix the problem that was already "fixed" by a Landlord, or the number of Tenants that left because the Landlord was slow to respond, refused to fix things, or fixed things improperly and caused more problems.I'm not accusing you of this, but it's far more common than you probably imagine. 

And they accuse us of being over-priced.... 

@Gerald Perez Consider how you will answer to an accusation of taking a net listing. 

Not accusing you of being a bad client to your PM but the parts of the story you have given so far lead me to believe you have left the key parts out.  

For those who have done so, have there been accusations of mortgage fraud? 

This is a great lesson in giving people the benefit of the doubt before stressing out.I did NOT accuse my tenant of the vandalism, thankfully.

After a couple days, his niece called me back accusing me of taking advantage of her old uncle and this and that.

Lots of accusations and derogatory allegations.
