Contractors are super busy nowadays.

It requires technical knowledge yet is super adaptive and open source and once controlled, you can easily scan sketches of ideas and convert them to realistic renderings.  

Like most of you, I am super busy day-to-day and even a small thing like this can be a huge hassle.

I probably cant do the 15 year refi and i do see how that is super beneficial when you restart with the 1st property again, ill call that recycle.

I'm not super familiar with the NJ market, but I know for the price point, within 1hr of NYC can yield a lot of good options in Jersey as opposed to NY.

I am not super familiar with the laws and what it takes to get it permitted but I am thinking of putting my time and focus into getting this done and having the property listed as a "Duplex". 2.

We have a ton of new grads come here and relocate to the Mid-town/Uptown/Arcadia areas which are all super close to Downtown Phoenix & Scottsdale.
