Sure but the issue is that I think it should be for people that want to own not for investor... the numbers are good for people that have difficulty to star to own... but I don't think it is good for investors since I want 6% 

I see many great looking deals on Roofstock, but it seems as if their properties are overpriced and their "4 star neighborhoods" are ones that I'm told are not good at all, neighborhoodscout says it's number 2 on the crime index out of 100 (1 being the worst), areavibes gave it an F rating on crime, employment, schools, and housing. 

People will ask you to guest star on their podcast or blog.

Don't look at the super stars here for a benchmark.  

But yeah shoot for the stars and your going to get the shiniest one!

These areas are all 4-5 star school districts. 

Checking local News it seems Hawaii is now up to 4 cases, 27 being monitored, 0 deaths, 0 quarantined, according to the Star Advertiser.

It worked and I thanked my lucky stars the wires did not get all caught halfway in the wall of the lower unit - a fourth wire would not have worked.

I also take this to mean more tenured/rock star agents don't want their time wasted.
