I found a property that had a lot of potential. It listed for 590. Comps in the neighborhood were 680. It needed about 70k to compete with the comps. 4476sqft. I offered 450 cash. One hour after signing the property went pending status on Zillow. I got so happy, lol, I thought my offer was accepted. There was an offer accepted, it just wasn’t mine... I did gain a little experience considering it was my first offer ever in my life. I am thankful for that.

Huge step for you! Keep analyzing deals and making offers... very soon, you'll be posting about an accepted offer/contract in the works!

Best of luck to you moving forward!
