Hello Simon WThank you for your reply, yes the agent said the house that had just sold was 145k not 185k this is after repairs and to offer 50k on the property which was built in 1950s not 1960s.I did my comps ARV I compared this house to 3 others sold recently and I came up with the home being worth $118kCan you give me any advice on wholesaling since I am new to this?
