Can I Make Container Apartments Work in West TX?
Hey BP, would love to hear your thoughts....
I have some property that's currently in the hot bed of the oil field industry in West TX. I'm wanting to invest in 10-12 40' Sea Container apartments. Cost for current building tear down and removal, dirt work, cement work, electrical, sewage, and container cost will be around 315K. There are some poorly outfitted container apartments renting at 300/week here now. As is, I could have all expenses paid off in less than 3 years. That's if the oil industry stays strong, obviously. Any thought, ideas? Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.
