Is anyone familiar with any online-based mastermind or real estate investors group?

Here are some ideas:Stable job & salary = money.Stable job & salary = access to conventional financing.In your travel, you have the ability to meet with providers, managers, other investors.Leverage your military network to build a communications platform (mailing list, mastermind groups, etc.).You probably have a few more.

I have found so much more value in my self-studies via reading books, listening to podcasts, interacting here on the forums, working in mastermind groups etc. than I have with traditional school work.

You could look into joining some masterminds or coaching programs. 

I would also suggest establishing your network and "Mastermind" group.

Maybe we can create our own mastermind group, and achieve our goals together.
