Like one poster above said, it's tricky because it changes street by street just like German Village (which is also close to downtown and one of our city's oldest neighborhoods), so market rent on one street could be very different from a place a few blocks away.

But here goes any way.My X-Mother In Law who is 86 years old has 2 Rental Properties she has had for over 30+ years.One is debt free the other has already been for -closed on.I know she wants to sell but she doesn't know to much about this and always needs to confer with her daughter who is "supposed to know about these things"( She is also old German)The first one is on 210 Tyler St.
