Rental Properties

Hello,

My name is Monica Thomsen and I am a new member. I hope this isn't too early to ask this or the right place. But here goes any way.

My X-Mother In Law who is 86 years old has 2 Rental Properties she has had for over 30+ years. One is debt free the other has already been for -closed on.

I know she wants to sell but she doesn't know to much about this and always needs to confer with her daughter who is "supposed to know about these things"( She is also old German)

The first one is on 210 Tyler St. Sandusky Ohio, has 2 apartments, down has 2 bedrooms and central air had some work done. I had lived in the lower apartment for 15 years. Before we moved in

my X Husband and I gutted the bathroom and the kitchen. Had new carpet put in ect.

The upper apartment is huge and has 3 bedrooms and remodeled kitchen and bath.

Both apartments are rented out right now. It does need some work on the outside, back stairs to upper apartment need to be replaced.

I have gone on to long. My reason for all of this is to find some one to help me her and maybe get a small fee in return.

My reason for that is that she doesn't think I know how to and is worried it would not be legal.

So if any one has an ideas or would like to help I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Monica
